Minutes walk to trams into the city. Has a reception and great staff and customer service. Nothing is too difficult. Recommend asking for a higher floor facing East, West or North to get nice views and less noise.

I stayed here for just under 2 months. The apartment was exactly what I was looking for and it’s a perfect base in the very cool neighbourhood of Fitzroy (and extremely close to the CBD / central parks). Don’t be put off by negative reviews on here, you’re getting what is advertised, a basic apartment. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a base to work/explore Melbourne
