Easy check in and communication with staff. Very quick at replying to the messaging service. Quoi was excellent to deal with and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Everything. From the decor to the laundry facility, all was good. Staff were friendly. We managed to check in early, too, as the room was available. Just keep in mind that the laundry was behind a door beside the main door and it's not labeled. So you'd have to find it on your own.
