We had originally booked a King Room with a balcony , but on arrival for our 36th Wedding we had been up graded to a Superior Suite. The aesthetics and boutique ambience of this Hotel made our stay amazing. The staff were exceptional. The location was a short 5 min tram ride to the city, which made exploring the city really easy. The breakfast in the Terrace Restaurant is a must do...the food is sublime.

Excellent value for money. Came off a long haul flight and stayed two nights. There were three of us sharing a room and there was ample space. The real highlight was finding a proper juice machine at the breakfast buffet. I thoroughly recommend this hotel!

The staff were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Particularly the guy that was on evening shifts Feb 27-Mar 1st. The body wash had a lovely scent and the shampoo and conditioner were actually really good products that left my hair soft and hydrated. The staff were very supportive of Uber eats which was great because I didn't want to go out at night for food on my own. The location was excellent for me as I needed to be near the Alfred Hospital which was an 8 minute walk around the corner. The hotel is also very close to the tram pick-up/drop-off spots and it is a quick 15 minute tram into the CBD. The hotel is walkable distance to parks and the botanic gardens. I also like that the room had cooking equipment and a stove top for if you wanted to make your own meals. I slept really well as the bed was comfy and pillows were good quality. Lastly, it was nice to see they had a gym! I didn't get time to use it this time. Thank you to the staff for making my stay wonderful. I will be staying at Quest again in future!

The hospitality and service provided by the team throughout my stay was amazing and heartwarming. The hotel is located perfectly amongst many retail outlets and very easy to get around city. The room is of good size and the bed is super comfortable for a well rested night. There is a well-equipped gym and heated swimming pool with a spa pool which I absolutely love.
