The staff was exceptional, even though she was already leaving for work she still stayed on to help with the check in. Location is very convenient, a few minutes walk to southern cross station. Room was big and spacious and clean too. Wonderful stay. Definitely recommend it!

This little hotel is immaculate. Beautifully clean, extremely comfortable and very efficiently run and the staff are lovely. It’s close to everything in the city accessible on the free tram service. I cannot fault it.
