the property is fantastic. i was late to reply my messages but staff knew exactly what i requested for. 2 single bed on each room and got it on standby on my arrival incase i needed them. the staff were super friendly upon my check in, and also upon my check out i had some issues with my left over things, the receptionist also did more than just helping me retrieve it back. cause her bit of inconveniences but she helped. we were very grateful. the location is superb! bus station just 2 mins away. the bed is the comfiest bed i slept on. the aircon was good. all the amenties in the kitchen is provided ! each room is equipped with large TV. Wifi is GOOD. the bathroom is clean and even provides a nice body wash lemongrass smell which is so relaxing. the lift was good as well. Everything is perfect and i enjoyed my stay very much. they even provide dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and detergent. Everything i need is there we also walked all the way to Queens Victoria Market.

The host Tao was amazing! I could ask her anything and she would get back to me immediately either by text or call. Great location. It was cheap and handy being in a studio apartment as we had kitchen facilities, washing machine, own balcony, 2 beds, etc everything we needed! We were a short walk to the Queen Victoria markets also which was great.

I appreciated it that we found such a wonderful place ! There’s a balcony we could saw the sunset everyday. People there are so nice and cute. It has lots of parking next to. When we’re checking out the hotel, we could put the luggages there. Though there’s so much negativity comments, I’m still thankful for their kindness. You can go to the supermarket downstairs, it’s more cheaper than downtown. There’s a bus stop downstairs, too.

It is a small hostel which makes it easy to connect to people but that also depends on your own initiative as well, you can feel the family vibes. They have events almost every day - My luck day, I was here for the BBQ on the rooftop with fairy lights and the view to the city which was very nice actually! The rooms are getting vacuumed every day (which can be annoying when you went out - lol, but I like it rather clean). It seems out the city but turned out to be like 10-15 minutes walk from the center which was nice. The communal areas are getting cleaned twice a day as well which is important to me as many people use them. Last but not least my flight was at night on my check out day and the staff members were very helpful and they told me that I can store my luggage and still use the facilities until I leave.
