Great location and close to the Royal on the Waterfront. Easy to catch the cat bus. The staff were all really friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too difficult.

Perfect location around Elisabeth Quay area, great clean modern rooms, comfortable breathable bed with great private bathroom. 3rd time staying here and it’s always enjoyable especially the friendly staff 😊 Close to the Quay and not noisy from the street. Public parking is near and next to an IGA across the street perfect for grabbing food and drinks. The hotel has a restaurant on level 1, they offer dine in or room service and they also offer free complimentary water (still or sparkling) during your stay, you just need to go back and forth for top ups. Thought that was really cool!

Raj and his staff were extremely helpful and efficient. We booked to stay at the beginning of our trip and again at the end, it was great that we could leave a bag of luggage in a safe place whilst travelling.
