This would be the 5th time that I’ve stayed in Baileys serviced apartments; I’ve stayed elsewhere whenever I’m in Perth but this is by far the best place. It’s secured car park and entrance to the building is reassuring. Two Cat shuttles serve the facility; Yellow and Red Cats. It is close enough to walk to the esplanade and the city centre. The staff are very responsive. On one of the nights, an occupant was playing loud music till 12am. They were immediately told to leave by the management.

Food - excellent. Housekeeping service - prompt super friendly and accommodating. Everything was spot on in all aspects. The room was identical to what was advertised. Staff courteous and professional at all times. A very convenient location.
The toiletries were of a high standard. The business centre was a perfect working location for me as well as the large desk in the room. The room service was faultless. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I look forward to my next trip when I will be staying there. The book swap adjacent to reception was a wonderful touch. The hotel has managed to create a homely, relaxed atmosphere.
