Four Seasons service is unmatched! The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They do go the extra mile to make sure your stay goes well. I really do appreciate that they can accommodate for an early check in (with prior notice) which is always an expectation at a 5* hotel. The location was perfect - just a few steps away from the rocks and circular quay and 10min from all the shopping. Its surrounded by an array of restaurants and the views of the opera house are amazing.

Some of the apartments are renovated and we were lucky to get moved to one that was newly done. Spacious and comfortable. Best view.
