The best customer service we have experienced in a long time. Every staff member we encountered were so friendly and willing to assist with any request or enquiry, and we were greeted by everyone with a smile and genuine conversation. Plenty of parking space out the front of the hotel to check in and it was so easy to find parking in the on-site parking facilities. The room was very clean and provided us with ample amenities for our stay.

Staying at this Burwood was an absolute pleasure. The location is unbeatable - right in the heart of Burwood, surrounded by a plethora of restaurants, cafes, and shops. I could easily satisfy my cravings for different cuisines without having to travel far.​ The room was well - equipped with all the necessary amenities. The Wi - Fi was fast and reliable, which was crucial for me as I had some work to catch up on. The host also provided a comprehensive guide to the area, which included details about public transportation and nearby attractions. What impressed me the most was the daily housekeeping service. My room was always tidied up, and fresh towels were provided without fail. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sydney.

We liked everything about Comfort Inn, Burwood! The room was beautiful, comfortable bed with soft sheets! Everything was clean, parking was excellent and the staff were so lovely!

Spacious and close to train and buses. Eateries and supermarket are walking distance. Comfort and convenience is what I got. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Would surely recommend.
