The host was amazing in every step of the way. They were always polite, super accommodating with the check-in and check-out, provided us with some good toiletries and even a welcome gift bag. The place itself is a delight, very well furnished and clean but the real star is the balcony view of the harbour bridge and opera house. Truly could not have asked for a better stay in Sydney

A small room but very well appointed and maintained. Very clean with everything I needed. Lots of storage space - could easily stay for a longer period in this room. Very friendly staff member on duty (Jason?)

Four Seasons service is unmatched! The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They do go the extra mile to make sure your stay goes well. I really do appreciate that they can accommodate for an early check in (with prior notice) which is always an expectation at a 5* hotel. The location was perfect - just a few steps away from the rocks and circular quay and 10min from all the shopping. Its surrounded by an array of restaurants and the views of the opera house are amazing.

Liam was so professional & helpful. Allowed for an earlier check in. Touched base as we came & went. The apartment was a quiet haven to return to at the end of the day. Spoilt for choice for vegan eateries. Easy walking & train station close.

I usually think that giving a 10 grade to Any hotel might be slightly "over the top".. However in this case it is the only grade that will actually reflects the qualuty and value of this excellent hotel. Pullman is located on circular Quay, by far the most beautiful place mainly in sydney. The rooms are spacious and well maintained including a well stocked kitchen a dishwasher and washer/dryer.. Which is very useful. , The service is great and the staff did everything to make us feel comfterble. I especially like to commend Nany from the dining room (that got a great view to the harbour bridge) that took care of every request that we had..
