The room was clean, with a big bathroom and a very well equipped kitchen. Everything is new and some rooms have a lovely sea view. There is a direct access to the beach with tables, chairs and a shower. The laundry with washing machine and dryer is a bless when on the road trips :) Brian is a perfect host, very kind and ready to share any advices. We can only recommend Seaspray for your stay in Yeppoon.

The property was excellent with a lovely sea view. The just was so kind and helpful. She even bought me a bottle of fizz and a birthday card for my 60th birthday. Thoroughly enjoyed.

The hosts were extremely lovey, greeted us at the property and gave us a list of things to do and see. The room was beautiful, clean and tidy and equipped with everything you may need . Located quite close to everything so we were able to walk wherever☺️ 10/10 stay

I liked everything about this property. The parking is easy, the position is perfect and the view is to die for. Throw in amazing staff, beautiful room and great value for money. What more could you ask for. Certainly our holiday spot while visiting Yeppoon from now on.
