Great location and amazing staff. The hotel is located in the heart of Baku. In walking distance to the historical center, the seafront and many attractions. The breakfasts at the hotel are very good. The choice is not huge, but varied enough. All products are of high quality and tasty. Excellent beds, with the ability to pick up almost any pillow. The rooms are spacious

Classy hotel in fantastic central location. Hotel and rooms were very nicely appointed with comfortable beds and great open door views over Molokan Gardens (Garden view rooms). Positoned in a great central area making easy walking to old town, main shopping areas, restaurants and main attractions of Baku. Tasty breakfast options and very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended place to stay.

I recently stayed at Nizami Central Park during a business trip, and I must say, it was an excellent experience! This was not my first time at this hotel, and it certainly won’t be my last. The location is perfect, with everything you need just a short walk away—restaurants, shops, and business centers make it incredibly convenient.
The hotel itself is well-kept and offers all the amenities one could ask for. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. My room was comfortable and provided a great atmosphere for both relaxation and work.
I highly recommend Nizami Central Park for anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. I’m looking forward to my next stay!

The hotel left a most pleasant impression. The interiors and rooms are elegantly decorated with great taste. The selection of artwork reflects the country's traditions and history, creating a special atmosphere. Even seemingly small details, like the neutral scent of the toiletries, demonstrate the hotel's attention to guests—allergies are taken into account. The televisions are set at a low volume so as not to disturb neighbors—another sign of thoughtfulness. I'd especially like to commend the hotel team—they are always attentive, friendly, and helpful. Special thanks to the reception staff—Muhammad, Emina, and Yulia. The restaurant offers an excellent breakfast, with a wide variety of dishes and a wide selection. Sincere thanks to chefs Ravad, Rashad, and Osman; supervisors Valeria and Jeyran; and waiter Rashad. This hotel is truly a five-star hotel! Everything about the Kilim Boutique Hotel was exceptional,the Receptionist, Manager, Housekeepers, and Chef all went above and beyond. I was truly impressed. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home: safe, comfortable, and genuinely welcomed.
Would I choose Azerbaijan and Kilim Boutique Hotel again? Absolutely—over and over!
Oh, should I brag about it? Of course! Let me tell you about the Receptionist who went out of his way to help me find a Bolt. I couldn’t figure it out, but he didn’t just give directions, he literally stepped away from the desk, walked with me, and made sure I was set.
