Beautiful boutique hotel with very friendly helpful staff. The room was lovely and very comfortable. Good location for the train station. The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, we were only staying one night. We would have loved to stay a bit longer. Highly recommend.

Beautiful new design hotel. An excellent night's sleep in a properly dark and soundproofed room. One of the few hotels I've stayed in that didn't see the need to fill the room with flashing LED lights at night - I didn't need my black tape! Fabulous views over the city from ceiling to floor windows. Lovely bathroom, great shower. Comfy bed. 5 minute walk from Rogier metro, 8 minutes from Gare du Nord station. Handy coffee bar in the lobby if you don't want a big breakfast. Good and reasonably priced mexican restaurant on the top floor.

Exceptional staff. Very friendly and good English. The room was fantastic. Big, clean and comfortable. The restaurant does a nice selection of food and drink. The spa facilities are great; they are clean and well maintained. I’ll be back for sure.
