Staff were fantastic!!! They went out of their way and beyond to help out, I had an allergy reaction at the event where I was and came back to the hotel, one of the staff went with me to the clinic behind the hotel to explain my problem as I could not speak as a result of the allergy!! Extremely helpful- I absolutely recommend!!

Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful and scrupulously clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed dinner in The Poet restaurant. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious, with a huge choice. We'll definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for the room upgrade! We also appreciated the good service, friendly staff, cleanliness, comfortable beds, quality breakfast with good coffee. We loved the pleasant atmosphere from the reception bar where we enjoyed our drinks. The location is close to the tourist attractions -15 minutes walk to the Royal Palace, 20 minutes walk to Grand Place and it is very close to the Metro Station. Good price-quality ratio. We will be back!

The aparthotel has wrote me that there's some technical issue with the room I've reserved, so they've suggested me an another room in an another hotel they've own in a better location for tourism and without any extra costs or difficulties. Very friendly and helping staff. Lockers room for luggage, which can be used before check-in and after check-out. The room has had everything we could possibly need. Really spacious and neat.
