Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff who speak multiple languages. I love the concept and the atmosphere is also great - something was always going on! The location worked great for us - less than 10 minute-walk from Bruxelles-Midi, and a very short walk to stores and shopping. We had a car and were able to get parking in the secure parking garage underneath the hotel. We went to a concert at Vorst Nationaal and it was very easy to get there and back by public transport.
