Everything was great! The hotel was beautiful, exactly like the pictures, a few minutes walk from plenty of shops and places to eat! We had a lovely few days there and would definitely stay again if we were in Brussels!

Most important fact for me, is that the Hotel looked pretty clean for me. The size of the room was good. Bathroom was OK. The Breakfast had not a big variety, but since it had some important for me stuff, I was fine. Overall I think it 7/10 stars worth, which would be fine in this price range. So why give 10/10 stars? I think the professionalism and service of Cristina at the reception is worth an upgrade of 3 stars: so 10 stars, that it for me.
