The hotel has just opened. As a result, everything there is new and clean. The staff are very helpful and the breakfasts are excellent. It is not in the strict historical centre, but it can be reached in 20 minutes by foot. There is also a tram and metro stop right next to the hotel.

Our spacious triple room was at the 27th floor with a nice view. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub while the WC was separate. The breakfast was excellent (36 Euros) but would be perfect if included some cakes. The hotel is very near to the train station. the pedestrian zone with the shopping street and the Grand Place.

The bed was really big and comfortable. Lighting in the room was quite good and created a nice atmosphere. A large desk space by the window is very useful. I recommend taking breakfast, it is excellent with a variety off food and beverages.

We had a very pleasant room and my son and were truly happy. We would especially like to thank Noemí at reception, who has been exceptionally kind and welcoming. She is one of those rare people who leave an unforgettable impression, making us feel genuinely cared for. The overall feeling we have is one of real comfort and gratitude. Thanks!
