Amazing, helpful, and welcoming staff. We stayed in the suite, and the room was spacious. The bed made us feel like we're sleeping in clouds. It was super comfortable. It almost made us not want to get out of bed. Beautiful big windows and high ceiling. Wonderful choices for breakfast. Super cozy and clean. Great location near highway exit and close to the Gent city center. To make your visit to Gent and stay at this hotel more accessible and enjoyable, you will need to have a car to drive everywhere into Gent from the hotel. However, the hotel parking is safe, and the fee is reasonable. The hotel is pet friendly, and upon arrival, they gave us a welcoming note with treats for our dog. We will definitely stay again if we are in town and we highly recommend staying there for those who want to visit Gent.

Location is fantastic, room is spacious and service is great! We really love that this hotel is family friendly in a way that we have a cot provided with a blanket and there is parking available, eventhough it was pricey.

Staff was so friendly, room was really good. Great for a couple. Breakfast was also very good. There was mostly tables for two. I would assume it's good for lgbtq+ couples too. Quiet area so you don't have to hear noise from the streets. Really great place for quite cheap considering what you get!

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out. They held our bag while we explored the city and provided several maps and recommendations. There is a bar within the hotel open until 11pm, however, we did not utilize it, but it is a plus! The room was spotless; they even provided slippers and a water bottle.
