Obviously the owners paid attention to their guests’ needs. Everything inside was just so atmospheric and pretty! I stayed in a beautifully designed, completely new room with a kettle, tea and coffee, fridge and a very comfortable bed. Toiletries by my favourite brand in the bathroom. Lovely lighting in the room. And something I hadn’t seen before - the room was equipped with a glass bottle which I could refill for free with still or sparkling water from a tap in the dining area. Amazing - no need for plastic bottles! The dining area (cafeteria?) had snacks, a coffee machine, a few types of leaf tea, pre-made meals in the freezer and a microwave oven. Plates, cups, glasses, cutlery you could use at any time. The reception closes at 8 but you could take a snack or a meal, write your room number on a receipt, leave it in the reception and pay for it at checkout. No worries for hungry late comers! The reception had umbrellas for the guests - I used them a few times. I stayed there for almost two weeks and the hotel let me leave some of my luggage in the storage room over the weekend while I was away in another city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready for a chat. Overall I was amazed by the experience!

Fantastic welcome, we were given a map & the receptionist pointed out very helpful information for us. The beds were so comfortable, I slept very well. Breakfast was amazing, I have allergies & daughter a vegetarian, they went above & beyond in providing a lot of choice. Feels so homely, all the staff were super friendly & helpful. Beautiful hotel, loved the Art Deco/Nouveau features. You can even borrow books. Being able to have a stretch out in the pool after a long day travelling was lovely, really nice temperature. Also a plus that you have it privately for an hour. Great location, close to a beautiful park & the museums.

Great host,really helpful with everything,place is really spacious,location is really good,minute away from tram stop,5 minute away from supermarket,if you like to walk its only 45 minutes away from city centre,if not there is two bikes you can use!!!Overall 11 of of 10 ,simply AMAZING !!!

Great location, quiet, close to the bus stop and to be able to park the car. Very clean and big room. The quality of the products(furniture, decoration etc) in the room was similar to a 4/5 star hotel. Friendly host.

Room was very clean and nice. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Shower and bath were lovely. Location was good to the train station and trams. Was about a 15 minute tram ride to main part of town. Staff did our laundry for reasonable price and had it all folded and lovely when handed back. I was going to a camping festival and they let us store our big luggage there until we came back a few days later which was a great help.

the hotel was very beautiful and clean. good location too, only 20 min by bus to the city center, bus station was just 3 min walking from the hotel, or 15 min by car. breakfast was amazing! we really enjoyed our stay there and we would definitely recommend this hotel!

The location is perfect and near everything by walking distance. When you enter the hotel, there are some refreshments at the entrance which is a nice welcome. We loved all the toiletries and amenities. What stood out the most was the help from Clarissa. We would love to come back and see her again!
