Location and room was great as a stop over on our cycling trip. Breakfast excellent and just what's needed before a long day on the bicycle.

Everything was great: the location, the friendly staff, the air conditioning, and the Wi-Fi. Comfortable bed, sea view, built-in speaker that can be connected via Wi-Fi, smart TV, and most importantly, it was clean! Daily cleaning and fresh towels every day.

Amazing Belle Èpoque mansion in a conservation area that is evocative of better times. De Haan must surely be one of the best preserved Golden Age seaside towns in the world, you feel as if you have walked into a French Impressionist painting, such a breath of fresh air compared to the rest of the Belgium coast. Steps away from the action, and on the way to the beach these are whole streets lined with amazing grand mansions. At Masion Rebelais you are greeted with an invitation to sit to enjoy a tea/coffee and homemade cake in the lounge or terrace. The rooms are cute, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is exceptional, service is attentive & nothing is overlooked, you are even invited to return for afternoon tea if you’re still in the area. A stop on the coast not to be missed.

Nestled in the peaceful countryside, this place is a perfect starting point for exploring Belgium. The hosts are exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully considered. Our family room was spotless and cozy, featuring comfortable beds, quality linens, and an abundance of towels, bathrobes, and slippers. The breakfast was a highlight—a generous spread with fresh juice, homemade pies, eggs, and all the morning essentials. But the true gem of this place is the horses—beautiful, well-kept, and clearly cherished. The host has dedicated his life to breeding these magnificent creatures. It’s an incredible place with wonderful people, and we would love to return someday!

Fabulous accommodation, huge bedroom and the dog was given a 'welcome pack' which included a dogbed, water/food bowl and a packet of treats - she was very happy. The facilities are extremely well presented, with coffee making available, breakfast in the dining room. The city of De Haan is stunning; elegant Belle Époque houses, many of which have been converted into accommodation; lovely wide streets and a beautiful park with small areas left wild filled with native flowers.

Nils was a very warm and thoughtful host, very responsive. The flat had absolutely everything we needed, it was spotless, cosy and bright. The pool was such a great way to end the day. we loved everything!
