Great hotel with great staff. Located within walking distance from several subway stations/lines and tourist attractions. The hotel was busy because of a large event in the city - the staff suggested having breakfast in the Hyatt Club instead of the regular breakfast room, which was very nice! The swimming pool in the hotel is great - although it is small, it has a adjustable water current, which allows for quite effective excercise.

The host is truly welcoming and lovely. We needed a late check out, and were allowed.to stay. The apartment is spacious and very clean! the location is central and close to everything - the metro is within 2 minutes walk, supermarkets, shops, city center - everything is within a walking distance.

The beautiful apartment house is located in the city center, with very easy access to the airport. The bed and pillows ate very comfortable, and bathroom is very nice and new, with everything you need. The shower was a little tight, but that wasn’t a problem for me. They went extra mile and printed out our tickets in the office next door, because it was a weekend day, and offered us a very good coffee at the reception. The staff is extremely kind and nice to talk to :)
