Fantastic communication with the owner who replied to my messages straight away. I am always nervous about booking last minute with Booking.com (not the owners) as they are pretty rubbish at late bookings and we have been left stranded with them in the past. However, on this occasion, communication was brilliant. We managed to find the apartment easily and everything was ready for us when we arrived. The flat was immaculately clean with good facilities including pods for the washing machine. The apartment was really quiet with a lovely balcony. Can't comment on the location as we arrived late and left early the next morning. My only regret is that we didn't allow ourselves more time.

The setup was nice cozy room, nice terrace, fresh air, very calm place, not noisy, nice for sleep. Good cooktops, good sofa for sleeping, the AC is super.

We like everithing there.Spa is amazing.Pool on Spa with temperature of 36,37 C was great.Option to exit from pool to outside part is so nice,you can have cold weather raining and snowing,and experience that relaxing in hot water.Food for breakfast and dinner is top quality.Choices of food are one of best I ever experienced in hotels,and I travel from Saigon to Amsterdam,I stay in many hotels . I will also mention Manager Stanimira who was so helpful during our check in and dome misstakes made by booking partner of hotel.She immediately react and fix these in our favour,so that we dont have bad experience with hotel.Once more thank you for everything

It was a wonderful experience, the room was large with a small balcony, a lovely neat and clean place. The owner received us in an expecting way, was very helpful. The only drawback that he doesn't speak English but he speaks Bulgarian and Russion. If go back again to Vilingrad for sure I will stay at this place at least one day. The place has a good privacy rooms, and new facilities: nice jacuzzi and spa and a shower.
