Location was for the work I did excellent. Minimal traffic jams etc. Personnel was extremely helpful, attentive, supportive, and everything you like to expect but usually don’t get but here excellent and remarkable. Very clean facilities, great housekeeping. Excellent WiFi, TV connected properly, just as it should be. Parking was good, aircon silent. Just everything was really excellent arranged. Compliments to management and execution team!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The hotel's location is wonderful, and there is a road just beside the hotel that is full of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The rooms were very spacious and clean with all required facilities available. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a lot of different variety. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed in the reception for being so helpful and welcoming throughout the stay.

The hotel is ideally located in the Diplomatic Area, just a quick taxi ride from the main attractions. The rooms are spotless and conveniently appointed. We tried both restaurants on 34th floor, and they are top notch. A special mention for the Tuscan chef, Simona, and her crew, who deliver flawless Italian classics in a very pleasant environment with live piano music. The services provided by Hashim and his colleagues has been impeccable throughout our stay. Highly recommended.
