The location couldn't be better. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were functional and comfortable. The hotel is modern and well cared. The breakfast were excellent. The pool and roof bar were beautiful. Special thanks to Milena and Alice (If I remember their names) who cleaned our room and to Valdemir, who was working serving the breakfast. I used the gym 2 times and the facility is great. Even the option for late check out was fantastic. Our flight back was 22:25, paying extra for check out at 18:00 was perfect for us.

Super helpful staff who made recommendations on where we should go. They helped us to find a great place to dance Forró, and a Churascaria to eat beforehand, in safe areas. The added bonus is they had vouchers for a free caipirinha with their recommendations too 🙌 the room was really great, super comfortable beds and very spacious. All the facilities were top notch. The breakfast was also extensive. Fantastic, safe location.

Breakfast was good, but the area where the food is kept is a little small. The rooms are amazing, fantastic big beds, great shower with fabulous water pressure. Best of all was Vinnie from reception, he was super helpful and very nice!
