The hotel is really perfect - perfect location, great view over Copacabana incl. Pao de Acucar, extraordinary breakfast, very nice although small swimming pool on the top with great view, good restaurant, but first and foremost - extremely professional, nice, forthcoming, friendly staff! Everywhere - from the reception over the restaurant to the roof-top bar! My wife was with broken leg, the staff did their best to make our stay comfortable! The hotel is equipped with wheel chai, but once again - such friendly people you do not meet every day! The real warm friendliness and aspiration to do our stay pleasant I have not met before - although I travel a lot around the world and stay in 5-star hotels. Thanks to all of you!

Great staff and high quality services. The view is outstanding and will be the highlight of our trip. The restaurant was very good even we were on diet. It takes about 30 minutes from Copacabana by UBER, however it is a relaxing and calm place, therefore I preferred....It is highly recommended.

Excellent hotel with the view of The Christ the Redeemer from the window. It is a good value for money hotel. The breakfast was also good. The bed was huge and abundant charging points at strategic locations. They stored our luggage even after check out as our flight out was late.

I had a fantastic stay at Bamboo Rio Hostel! The staff were cheerful and incredibly helpful, always responsive and supportive with any questions. The beds were comfortable, and I stayed in a room with a private bathroom, which was a great convenience. I felt safe throughout my stay. I attended a few events and parties with other travelers and had some amazing nights. The 24-hour reception service was excellent. The kitchen area was spacious, the pool was small but refreshing, and the common bar area was a fun place to meet new friends and connect with others. Overall, I had a great time and will definitely come back to Bamboo Rio Hostel!

Easy street parking. Great location to famous steps. Sugarloaf Mountain View from the bedroom and back balcony with sunrise. Washing machine facilities , very good Wi-Fi (50mbit) nice shower, nice kitchen etc.. good value.
