Very good hotel. Good staff. Breakfast is good in terms of quality, but the restaurant service leaves a bit to be desired. It seems like there aren’t enough waiters, and the restaurant is always crowded with non-guests, which makes the service slow.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made all the difference during my visit. The breakfast deserves special mention: varied, well-prepared, and with fresh products, providing a great start to the day. I had the best stay of my life at New Point in São Paulo. Everything was super clean, the breakfast for one person was more than enough and always on time and delicious. The staff were absolutely amazing, so kind, respectful, smiling, warm and welcoming. I honestly have nothing negative to say. Leaving was really sad because everyone there was so genuinely nice. Thank you for making my stay unforgettable !!

Everything was GREAT! The room is lovely and super comfortable, the shower is amazing, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. Specially the scrambled eggs! Also the staff was super nice, and the snacks at the reception were a total blessing. Will definitely stay there again if we go back to Sao Paulo.
