The indication was of a deluxe suite. I got a small room, very poor facilities and literally just a poor motel. Staff were uncommunicative and at $200 a night, that was a scan

We stayed here on our honeymoon and had a fantastic experience. All of the staff were very friendly, looked after us (especially as our Portuguese is limited) and made our stay very memorable. We loved all of the facilities - the gym, spa, restaurants, pools and rooms all are setup to a feel luxurious. We would recommend to anyone visiting to São Paulo looking for a luxury and relaxing hotel stay.
