I liked basically everything about the room. Really forthcoming host who we communicated the whole time over WhatsApp with. The location has only positives, it's in a safe neighbourhood, but one that's lively at the same time thanks to the bars and restaurant just outside the apartment building. But we were especially happy about the room itself. Very modern, with a beautiful view on the city as it's quite high up, clean and spacious. And as a bonus, there is a large amount of treats included in price.

Situated in the exclusive Alto de Pinheiros district, George V offers classic suites with kitchens. Leisure facilities include a swimming pool with sauna and gym.

The staff were kind enough to let us check in at 10am rather than 3pm because the rooms were available. Was a lovely, comfortable place to stay and a great, safe location with bars and restaurants just around the corner.

Please note that towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bath towel: R$ 5 per person, Face towel: R$ 3 per person.

I need to give a huge shout out for the way the employees here handled a bad situation for me!! Absolutely Above and beyond! I left my phone in an Uber one of the days. Thankfully, the Uber driver returned it a few days later. I couldn’t return to the hostel as I was out of town. The hostel agreed to hold onto it and even wrapped it up for the Uber Flash to get it to the airport (tight bus to airport connection). I’ve never experienced as great of service as at this hostel. The way they helped me get my phone back was of upmost professionalism and patience.

Casa Savana is very well located, in a quiet street but only around the corner from the main busy streets. Close to the subway and, if you like walking, many areas of interest are walkable. Jessica was very helpful when she took the time to assist me sort out my lost luggage from the airline. I did not speak Portuguese so this was great! The other staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, with a comfy bed. The cleanliness of the rooms and kitchen areas was exceptional. The room I had was very quiet. The kitchen area has self serve foods for breakfast and snacks available for throughout the day. Very good value for money. I would highly recommend Casa Savana and I would definitely stay here again.

The best bed I’ve ever slept in. A lovely building, the apartment was great and secure and safe. Close to everything. So many bars and cafes. Would stay again.

The appartment was super clean, in a very nice neighborhood with everything that you need. Metro station nearby, groceries, restaurants, pharmacies, gym. The staff is helpful and fats in answering your questions, building is new and unit very well decorated. Nice view of Pinheiros neighborhood.
