Very good hotel. Good staff. Breakfast is good in terms of quality, but the restaurant service leaves a bit to be desired. It seems like there aren’t enough waiters, and the restaurant is always crowded with non-guests, which makes the service slow.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made all the difference during my visit. The personnel was very friendly and helpful (from the housekeeping, front desk, concierge, waiters etc). You deserve your 5 stars for this level of Service. The room was super comfortable (I have taken a pic of the pillow to get the brand), with a nice view. The breakfast was excellent with a large choice of fresh products. All this 2 minutes away from Paulista Avenue

Everything was GREAT! The room is lovely and super comfortable, the shower is amazing, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. Specially the scrambled eggs! Also the staff was super nice, and the snacks at the reception were a total blessing. Will definitely stay there again if we go back to Sao Paulo.
