The staff was always available, at any time. Our room had a very comfortable and large double bed and, even if the location is close to a highway, there is no traffic noise issue at all in the hotel. Very convenient in general. Breakfast was good! The location is really close to the metro station of Longueuil (10 minutes by feet) and allows you to get to the very centre of Montreal really quickly.

A charming inn with nice rooms with character. A good value for the money. Only a few blocks to the metro. The people were all very friendly and spoke multiple languages. I did not partake in the free breakfast.

Very kind welcome from everyone, I could check in early on my first day. Rooms are large, very comfortable and I had a very good dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Very convenient location.

Really central. Walking distance to most attractions and shops and restaurants were just around the corner. Quiet and well soundproofed despite nearby nightlife. Safe neighborhood. Clean and comfortable, felt like my home! Several charging sockets available and very good wifi. Everything was provided from Bluetooth speaker, ear plugs, bath robes, slippers, towels and toiletries to coffee pods and popcorn for microwaving. An added bonus if you have a sweet tooth and want the Montreal experience of buttered popcorn. Getting in and out of the building was trouble free, using the code provided. Lift was always available. Walk-in shower was spacious and hot water was abundant. Everything was modern, bed was super comfortable. Could have stayed there indefinitely, it was perfect for my needs.

Jean Pierre was exceptionally helpful and welcoming when we were trying to sort out our arrival with lots of luggage. The accommodation is a very smart, tastefully designed, spacious, comfortable and well stocked basement flat. Nice touches like the living room area, a CD collection, large kitchen space, washing machine facilities, plentiful storage etc. Short walk to Pie IX metro and good bus links too. We agree with Jean Pierre's recommendation of restaurant Labarake, it was great. We'd also suggest Bar Pamplemousse in the centre and the small eateries in China Town. We recommend the bus route to the top of Mont Royal and then heading down on foot into the city .
The $11 public transport tickets ( for full 24 hrs) very good value, even gets you back to the airport.
Jean Pierre's studio flat made our short stay in Montreal really special, thanks

The first night was spent in a nice room on the ground floor however it was very noisy at night. They accommodated our request to move to a higher floor and we were given a suite on the top level. It was spectacular. WE spent a very happy time at the hotel
