From valet parking, to check-in, to my bags being taken to the room for me, this was a really great business trip! The food was exceptional and they have a great wine menu! The fitness are and swimming pool (hot! well heated) were perfect. One of the biggest and best hotel gyms I've ever seen!

The best hotel of my whole life with the most courteous staff of my life exceeding Asian/ Latin hospitality known all over the world. Best part of my trip to Montral - This hotel as the weather was cold. BEST part of this hotel - The Staff : - Julianne checked me in . She was vert friendly. Assigned a good room with a view. Nathaniel- JUST AWSOME-- Always smiling and super courteous. Went way out of his way to help. Could not give me exact change for $50 and $10 bill for bus ticket which costs $11. He added a $1 from HIS POCKET. NEVER HAD SUCH HOSPITALITY from a receptionist before. He gave me a very nice going away gift. He touched my heart. Peter and Aaron were super humble and friendly. Mark in the restaurant gave me good service. Every one including Michelle was very nice. Breakfast buffet was as good as it gets. No negative. One of the best hotels of my life. Great memories.
