We didn’t pay much. When we got there we had an upgrade and we got the bedroom with the jacuzzi. It was amazing. We even had breakfast in bed. Best hotel experience ever

There are some hotels that just add so much to the travel experience - this is one of those, and completely unexpected. There's a really great vibe and colonial decor (while still being modern and very clean), making it look super interesting.
It's the little things that really stood out for us: amazing breakfast with homemade pastries (as good as in France), a beautiful dining room, soft thick towels making it feel luxurious, great quality shower with waterfall head, nice quality bedding.
The location was great too - 15min walk to White Water hike attraction and 15min walk to the boat/zipline attraction. 30min to the main welcome centre with the closest views of Niagara.
We loved every aspect of the stay and will be recommending this place to all of our friends.

The staff were simply exceptional! So friendly, helpful and kind. The room was so comfy and plenty big for my teenager and I. The Niagara Outlet Mall right across the Hotel was also an excellent discovery. All in all, superb place to stay.

Very nice room, comfortable, quiet and clean. Breakfast very copious with cooked food, yoghurt, and loved that there was plenty of fresh fruit. Access to a 24h coffee/tea/water area. Free parking very convenient. 20min walk to the falls area. Easy check in process even when arriving late.
