The Tower Hotel is located in an amazing position: even without a room with a view on the falls, it's possible to book a place in the restaurant just above the Horseshoe Falls and enjoy the fireworks show!

The front office staff, Mr. Guljit, Ms.Jenny and an Indian (Sikh) young girl were extremely welcoming and helpful. When I requested Mr.Guljit to upgrade us to Fallsview room, he took full interest and allocated us a good room at the required charges. The location of hotel is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the Niagara falls and all main attractions.

Location was great. We were in the downtown area so it was convenient for us to walk and sightsee. The breakfast was fantastic. For only $20 we got a full breakfast.
