The room was cozy, beautifull and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the layout of the room and the dressing area. The best thing by far was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and they responded swiftly and professionally to all my needs. I highly recommend this hotel and will be sure to stay there again the next time I'm in Toronto.

Great location next to Rogers Center and close to everything you need. Imagine laying in your comfy bed and literally see the CN tower, just marvelous! And the staff: so friendly and helpful. Will be back one day, for sure.

This is a great hotel in an Ideal location on King west. Lots of great places to eat close by. Pretty much everything is within walking distance. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had an early arrival to the city so we weren't able to check in right away. The staff kept our luggage safe while we explored the city for a few hours. Will definitely stay here again. We managed to get a decent deal because we booked quite far in advance. It was a win/win.

We thought Bisha is a normal business/city hotel. We were supprised to find a very comfortable and well designed art hotel. The staff was very friendly and helped a lot with organizing our stay. the apartment was great. very nice hosts - very fast in answering messages and we were able to store our luggage. everything was provided: coffee, muffins, scones, tea etc.; awesome view (from the balkony you can see the CN tower); in the middle of downtown Toronto. the kids loved the Swimmingpool
