Location is absolutely sensational, Stanley Park is a walk away and so is downtown although it may feel like a trek at first if you are not used to it haha. We booked the king room and it was comfortably sized and the amenities were quite sufficient. The mountain and harbour view from our room at 11th floor was splendid and there is some noise because of the harbour but not much.
