Absolutely in love with this little gem of Switzerland! Fantastic atmosphere, friendly staff always there to help, comfy rooms and yummy breakfast! Didn’t want to leave!

Perfect location, very central and well connected with public transport, which is also free of charge thanks to the BaselCard provided by the hotel. The staff were very nice and careful about my gluten intolerance. They made sure there were options for me both for breakfast and for dinner! The room was also super clean with a very big and comfortable bathroom. My boyfriend and I were very happy about our stay, we will definitely book again if we come back to Basel!

the room and shower were so clean. the pillows were soft, so we asked them for a little harder pillow, and they gave us a very good pillow in a 2 minutes🥰 the bed was so comfortable, the size of the room was perfect, and the view was awesome👌 the resepction girls were so friendly and kind and helpful, espical thanks to vivi( I am not sure about the full name😒) she was soooo helpful and always happy to help you🌸🥰 and the best in this hotel was the breakfast👌👌 . the location was perfect, 1 minute walk to the bus and tram station, and also you can walk to the city centre within 15 minutes 👌🥰 Hope we can come to switzerland again and stay in this hotel again 🙏🥰🥰
