Spacious, comfortable room. Clean with all necessities - soap, towels, bedding etc. Location really close to city center but, also quiet. 5/5, would recommend.

The district was extremely central, it was easy to get there from the airport, and to get to the old town. The room was surprisingly big, and even had a balcony! Room service was impeccable, everything was very clean.

EVERYTHING PERFECT! HIGHLY SUGGESTED! We did visit the Christmas Markets in Colmar and decided to sleep a bit further cause the prices in Colmar were insane. And it turned out to be the best decision! New Hotel, spacious and clear room, great breakfast but especially 2 plus. The Restaurant which is has great food and also a charging station (we have an electric car).

The location is good, close to the old town and the University of Basel. We can see the old town gate Spalentor outside the room window. It's easy to walk to the main attractions in the old town or take the tram. The reception staff are very welcoming and the hotel provides free water and fruit at the counter, as well as luggage storage services. The hotel takes its guests very seriously. The room was bright, clean, quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, we were very satisfied.
