The key pick-up and instructions were very simple and straight forward. You could already tell that the owner paid a lot of attention to details and allowing the guests to feel very welcomed. I highly highly recommend this place for its terrace. It is extremely rare to have such a space in the heart of Basel. We felt so spoiled!! After a long conference day, it is fantastic to settle down in the evening on the terrace. The drink options and kitchen were also fully stocked. We would definitely come back!

The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and ideally located right in the heart of Basel, yet on a quiet and safe street. Maria was incredibly welcoming and responsive. She was flexible with both check-in and check-out times, and even provided a portable A/C upon request. The overall experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend staying here

Great localisation- 10 mins by tram to the main train station. Very clean and new. WiFi works great. There is a laundry room with three washing machines which you can use by app and it costs about 5.50 CHF. You can also use irons for free. Supermarket is about 1min away.

This was an excellent place to stay if visiting Basel, especially the old city. Room was large, clean and modern, quiet in a great location. Staff were very helpful. Great breakfast. Parking available nearby.

This hotel was excellent all around, it was in a great location close to christmas markets and the tram was across the street to get you all around town for no additional fee. Breakfast was included and offered a variety of high quality options. The hotel felt like a residence, very charming scenery and staff were welcoming and accommodating when we needed umbrellas etc. Would stay here again!

The room was very nice, small and cosy, perfect for a single traveller. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The location is perfect, a walking distance from most of the city's landmarks.
