The host was very friendly and responsive. She was flexible with check-in and check-out requests to make our stay the best possible. The apartment is clean, warm, comfortable and has everything you need for a nice stay. Location is in the center, near the tram.

Superb room with everything we needed.
Hotel is centrally located in Basel and staff were excellent.
