I loved that the manager Nikolas went above and beyond to help us with a severe travel challenge we had from our previous tour. His kindness, care and attention were well above and beyond. Exceptional. He then took time helping us find a fondue restaurant.

A great location for exploring the city. The hotel was modern and clean, with lovely extra touches. Didn't need to think about anything, everything was covered by the hotel. The lounge area with coffee and tea facilities was a nice touch. All of the staff were lovely and friendly. Highly recommended!

Our family stay at this apartment in Basel city centre was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean—perfect for families with kids. The open-plan living area provided plenty of space for the kids to play while the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, which was a huge bonus for us. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, ensuring everyone had a good night’s sleep. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra blankets, board games, and even a high chair and crib for our little one. The location was unbeatable—right in the heart of the city with easy access to public transport, shops, and family-friendly attractions like the Basel Zoo and beautiful parks along the Rhine River. It was so convenient to explore the city without needing a car. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great recommendations for family activities and dining spots. Check-in was seamless, and we really appreciated the flexibility with check-out. Overall, this apartment was the perfect home base for our family trip to Basel. The apartment included a kitchen, laundry facilities and was light filled. It was on the 6th floor with an outdoor terrace. It had a large lift and it was in a secure building. The street had lots of restaurants, clothing shops and close to the trams. The location was central and it was easy to walk to places or take a tram. The host was very helpful and could be contacted if you needed any assistance. We would definitely stay there again.

Enjoying a quiet location in the heart of Basel, the Radisson Blu Basel Hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the central train station and features a great indoor pool.
