I loved that the manager Nikolas went above and beyond to help us with a severe travel challenge we had from our previous tour. His kindness, care and attention were well above and beyond. Exceptional. He then took time helping us find a fondue restaurant.

A great location for exploring the city. The hotel was modern and clean, with lovely extra touches. Didn't need to think about anything, everything was covered by the hotel. The lounge area with coffee and tea facilities was a nice touch. All of the staff were lovely and friendly. Highly recommended!
