Everything was perfect, I could not have imagined a better experience. The staff, the room, the facilities, everything. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. In my room I especially loved the kitchen, it was very well equipped and spotless, as was entire apartment. Bed was cozy, lots of pillows. Bathroom and main room spacious. AC worked really well and was much needed. I loved having the gym and the laundry room. Bedroom very quiet, bathroom felt luxurious.

Really nice location, apartment well equipped . Hadn't realised Switzerland was a different electrical system to the rest of Europe, so our adapters didn't work in normal sockets. Very clean, very comfortable room. It was great that there was a kitchen in the room together with a dishwasher and all needed equipment for cooking. Another great feature is a common area with a terrace at the top level where you can have coffee or tea. The location was good, not too far away from city centre and there is a transport stop right across the entrance.
