**A Delightful Stay at Novotel Bussigny** Having recently stayed at the 5-star Savoy Hotel in Lausanne, we were curious to see how Novotel Bussigny would compare. While both hotels welcome pets, our experience at Novotel Bussigny was uniquely enjoyable due to its warm and homely atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff. The hotel exudes an inviting ambiance that made our stay truly pleasant. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. One of the standout features was the hotel's design and amenities. Everything seemed within easy reach, making our stay incredibly convenient. We were particularly impressed by the natural pool available for guests, complete with comfortable loungers, providing a perfect place to relax. Additionally, the hotel's chef and kitchen were commendable. We dined in their restaurant several evenings, enjoying the delicious and beautifully presented meals. The culinary experience was a highlight, making us look forward to our dinners at the hotel. Initially, we booked for just one night at Novotel Bussigny, but after experiencing the wonderful ambiance and excellent service, we extended our stay for an additional four nights. While the Savoy has its advantages, particularly its central location, it lacks the cozy atmosphere we found at Novotel Bussigny. One small critique is the lack of background music in the bar and restaurant, which is quite common back home. However, this did not detract significantly from our overall experience. In summary, our stay at Novotel Bussigny was delightful. The warm atmosphere, exceptional service, well-thought-out amenities, and enjoyable dining made it a memorable experience. Friendly staff. Great value for money.

True Royal Spa and Royal Hotel!

Everything is new and in supreme condition. Staff helpful and friendly. We also made use of the free public transport option, and enjoyed the doscounted parking. Great and varied breakfast with all the usuals including pancakes, fruit and vegetables. Sound insulation was great for such a central location. We were sure we were more or less alone until we came down to breakfast to see there were a lot of other guests. A real hidden gem, would absolutely come here again.

The hotel is very beautiful, with a warm and welcoming feel. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff at the hotel were also very kind and helpful, always ready to answer our questions , accomodate our requests and give us precious advice. The hotel is in the center of the city, so it was easy to reach many local attractions, restaurants, and shops. We could easily explore the area on foot or by subway and enjoy all that Lausanne has to offer. Overall, our stay at the Lausanne Palace was a wonderful experience. The beautiful hotel, spacious, comfortable and clean room, friendly staff, and perfect location made the trip very enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

Majestic hotel in a perfect location. Beautiful rooms with a surprise upgrade for my birthday. Fabulous breakfast choices. The staff at the front desk couldn’t have been more friendly, happy and helpful. We will be back but for longer.

My hosts made me feel very welcome. They are very warm people with a genuine interest in their guests. The location is very quiet and perfect for a good night’s sleep.
