The staff was exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond, in assisting me to get a lift for my colleague in a wheelchair out of the car. We experienced consistently friendly and helpful service at the front desk. Amazing location and view from our room. Rooms were well maintained and housekeeping was excellent with daily check ins. Great bakery right next door!

This is an excellent hotel not very far from Lausanne's main train station but on a pedestrian road so you don't really notice you are 2 minutes to the station. The hotel gave us a modern and spacious bedroom and we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was nice. The hotel has 2 restaurants (Italian and Thai) so you can eat there if it is raining outside (as it did quite a few times during our stay :( The staff at the hotel are very polite and they always welcome you with a smile (especially David).
