It has all the amenities you require, however if you have 2 suitcases, it difficult to open it :) 2. Bathroom - clean and spacious 3. Staff - very friendly. The staff invited us for free drinks at bar in the evening. 4. Location - excellent. It is central and right on the water. You can enjoy your meals at the balcony and enjoy the views. 5. Breakfast - it was fresh and tasty. 6. Value for money - a bit at the expensive side but it is due to quality and location.

This place was incredibly clean, and the location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions. It wasn’t too noisy either. Most of all, Christine was so kind and gave detailed explanations, which made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Highly recommended!

The property was wonderful! The views from all of the various bedrooms were amazing!, looking down into the quaint part of the Old City. And the view from the roof terrace was spectacular(!), allowing you to view the Old City and Lake Lucerne simultaneously. There is also an amazing view from the upstairs (2nd floor) lounge area. No matter where you were in the property, you could easily just people watch and relax. The whole property was laid out so comfortably, with plenty of space. I loved that there were 2 separate bathrooms, with one housing the shower and the other housing the bathtub. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and appliances we needed. The property manager was the best I have ever experienced in responding quickly, kindly and efficiently to any request or update I would contact him about. The whole property was comfortably warm and perfectly clean. Truly one of the best places I have ever stayed!
