Location was very good, close to the train station. Room was spacious, very clean and had all facilities. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.

Really nice place. We met Gery himself who is the owner. Everything was arranged very nicely from the room to kitchen to (a huge) bathroom. Didn't feel like a hostel but like own home. Very clean and everything is modern. Gery had made sure to stock all the supplies (even a travel adapter). Can even use laundry service if required. Really pleased and definitely worth more than money spent.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The service was excellent, and the check-in and accommodation were smooth and comfortable. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Massive apartment in the middle of where you want to be. We loved the fully equiped kitchen as we wanted to cook our own food every now and again. The rooms were nice and spacious. Everything was perfectly clean. The apartment communication was on point and always responded swiftly. Would most definitely recommend booking here.

A lovely hotel for a short stay in Luzern. We were always greeted by lovely staff and the daily breakfast was great with incredible variety. The location is nicely tucked away from main tourist areas if you have access to a car, but it isn't too far from the city centre.
