Wonderful hotel at an exceptional location directly at the lake shore, and while on the outskirts of Lucerne with a frequent bus connection that takes one to the center in about 10 minutes, with the bus stop right outside the hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet, large rooms with view onto the lake.

Family-run hotel where you feel like a very welcomed guest. Majestic historic building, but very cosy. Very nice staff. I liked very much the history wall of the hotel. And very good restaurant. Everything was perfect and it was difficult to leave!
