The host was excellent, very nice, and clear. The hotel offers a very nice view of the mountains and the lake, plus it is slightly outside the city centre, therefore very calm and quiet. Despite being a bit outside, the city centre is very easy to access since the hotel offers free bus tickets (and the bus station is just downstairs) and free WiFi in the old town. For us, this combination was just perfect! The breakfast was also very good, fresh, and diverse.

Hands down the location - up on top of the mountain with miraculous views of Lucern, the Lucern lakes and surrounding areas as well as views of the slopping green farming mountains, and finally the snow cape mountains. Unexpectedly good hotel (for this price in Switzerland) with an amazing wellness area right on the lake Luzern. Breakfast is great. Rooms are a bit small, but very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there and even decided to come back few nights later. Charger for e-cars for a very good price (two stations at the parking lot).

This hotel is a gem, everything was fabulous! Our room was spacious, very very comfortable, and had an amazing view of the lake (which is at a stone's throw away). 5 star breakfast buffet. The staff was very welcoming and family-friendly (our son received a small gift).
