Our visit at that hotel was exacting. Also restaurant was very tasty.

Room was very nice, super comfortable bed. Location is amazing, very close to lake, easy to get into historic center, cable card, train/bus station. Staff was amazing, very friendly and super helpful. Definitely coming back in future!

Big room with fridge, coffee maker, TV and AC. To the reception, Sabrina was very nice and helpful. Good breakfast. Everything was perfect, for this reason I'm second time in this hotel.

View of Lake Lugano from lovely room balcony was breathtaking. Breakfast room and lounge was beautiful & elegant. Hotel underground parking was a big plus too.

This family-owned hotel is centrally located just a short walk from Lugano town centre and its breathtaking lakeshore, and the famous Piazza Riforma with its many sidewalk cafés.

Breakfast was great. Location is prime, and easily accessable to the city. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and also made parking our car very easy and stress free.
