Excellent, good location, easy access to public transport (in front of the hotel). The breakfast is very good,, plus it is available from 6:30 which is an advantage if If your plan is to leave very early to take advantage.

7min access to the main station through the tram, the tram stop being 1min walk. Self check-in at 9pm went smooth with proper guidance from Jemma, who helped us with luggage drop in the morning. The room and bathroom were clean, cozy and of modern design. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of options. Friendly Ana provided us ample time to stay in the breakfast lobby even after 5pm, as we needed it. Great staff. Total value for money.

We had an excellent and comfortable stay at this hotel. Arriving around 10am, we initially planned just to drop off our luggage before exploring the city, not expecting early room assignment. However, the staff surprised us by providing early check-in, which was incredibly helpful for our travel plans. The service was outstanding, particularly from Greg, who went far beyond typical hotel service - he personally walked with us to provide guidance about the city, recommended nearby attractions, and even shared interesting details about Zurich's history. This level of personal attention and local expertise made our brief stay truly memorable. The location in the city center was perfect for exploring, and overall our experience here was excellent and comfortable.
